Designing a home that is full of character and charm doesn't happen overnight. Looking for the perfect piece for a certain space can take time and patience. My piece of advice when purchasing anything for the home, regardless of how inexpensive it might be, is that if you don't absolutely love it, then it shouldn't go home with you. Mixing styles, materials and textures helps a space feel like it has been collected over time, like it is full of all of the treasures that the homeowner's hold most dear to them.
